It's time for our annual Charity Christmas Campaign! Our Charity Committee have donated £500 for each of our offices and depots across the UK to Crisis. We have also provided each of our locations with a further £500 to support a local charity focused on supporting the homeless in their community. We have been proud to support charities such as Padley at YMCA Derbyshire, Emmanuel House Support Centre, Booth Centre and Roundabout Ltd. Today HBD and Feldberg Capital has launched Origin, a mid-box industrial & logistics platform seeded with approximately £100m development portfolio.   The joint venture has the potential to deliver approximately 450,000 sq ft of prime I&L space, with construction on each due to start in the first half of 2025 for delivery later that year. Our SHEnetWORKS group recently held two empowering sessions aimed at supporting women in the workplace! For the first event, we partnered with Women to Work for an interactive workshop that addressed common challenges women face in their careers. In the second workshop, we welcomed Jenny Muhlwa, who discussed important topics such as the impact of energy in the workplace and practical strategies for managing hormonal fluctuations to enhance productivity.
