As part of our Christmas campaign, we’re celebrating the partnerships that have been central to our success in 2024. None of what we’ve achieved this year would have been possible without the incredible support of our partners, both longstanding allies and exciting new collaborators. This includes educational partners such as Marcus Lord from The Manchester Metropolitan University, and we are proud to have supported his students, the next generation of property talent, this year. It also encompasses longstanding partners like Barnfield Construction Limited Construction and Markham Vale, with whom we celebrated 20 years of collaboration this year, as well as funding partners like Barings, with whom we have delivered highly sustainable industrial and logistics space at Momentum in London. This week, we also celebrate the launch of our new partnership with Feldberg Capital, with whom we’ve created Origin, a pioneering industrial and logistics platform. 🎄 Merry Christmas! 🎄 Our Christmas campaign kicks off today, and as we head to the end of the year, we’re celebrating some of our standout projects from 2024: Island in Manchester, Setl in Birmingham, and Momentum in London. We’ve reached great milestones at each of these places this year, securing a major letting at Island with the news that Virgin Media O2 would take 45,700sq ft across the top five floors of the building. At Setl, we have sold over 60% of the homes we are creating here. Milestones were abundant at our older projects too - including Markham Vale in Derbyshire, where we celebrated an incredible 20 year partnership! These remarkable places have redefined what it means to create sustainable, community focused spaces and have been such an integral part of our year.
