Our client Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) has started on site with the delivery of an 88,000 sq ft sustainable logistics warehouse in West Cross Industrial Estate, #Brentford. The new facility - approved by London Borough of Hounslow - will see the modernisation of the West London industrial park. The project has been named Firestone LDN after Brentford’s former Firestone Tyre factory, the historic former resident of the site. Firestone LDN will feature modern offices, gated access, a generous service yard and dedicated parking facilities. The redevelopment will also preserve the Grade II Listed features of the site including the steps accessed from the Great West Road. The project is scheduled for completion by Q4 2025.
