Construction is now well underway on our latest rooftop development in the heart of Chelsea. Designed by Echlin Studio, the scheme will create four new luxury penthouses with panoramic views over London’s skyline. This project marks Echlin’s second major rooftop development. Although rooftop construction comes with unique challenges, we are passionate about its potential to contribute to sustainable urban growth. By creatively utilising existing structures, we can help address the demand for new housing while minimizing the environmental impact of traditional developments.
