We have signed an agreement to acquire 1E, a London-based leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools. This is a transformational acquisition, and it will allow us to enter a new era of intelligent endpoint management. We will provide our customers with an AI-powered solution to prevent and tackle technology issues with minimal friction. Together with 1E, we are ideally positioned to meet growing customer demands for more real-time, automated, and proactive approaches in the IT and the OT space.
