TeamViewer just made a huge step towards the future as we will strategically expand into digital workplace management. We have signed an agreement to acquire 1E, a London-based leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools. This is a transformational acquisition, and it will allow us to enter a new era of intelligent endpoint management. We will provide our customers with an AI-powered solution to prevent and tackle technology issues with minimal friction. Together with 1E, we are ideally positioned to meet growing customer demands for more real-time, automated, and proactive approaches in the IT and the OT space. We will also be able to accelerate our growth in the enterprise space, expanding our customer base and enhancing our ability to serve major global organizations.
