Why do I always talk about Product Analytics instead of analytics in general? Product Analytics is focused on specific use cases critical for the success of companies with digital products. Data can be huge and overwhelming at times, but with Product Analytics, the scope is reduced, enabling us to get value from data faster by focusing on specific business questions, such as: - What to build - What not to build - How to monitor if the product strategy is correct - How to align teams towards measurable goals - How to prevent client or user churn Think about it as analytics in a package.
