Celebrating Lilian Ng After a 30-year career with Prudential, Group Executive Member and Managing Director Strategic Business Group, Lilian Ng, will step down from her role on December 31, 2024, to embark on a new chapter in her career. Lilian has made an impact on our business, people, agency force, and bank partners. She played a pivotal role in building a market-leading multi-distribution platform and transformed our Greater China business, leading to a fourfold increase in new business profit over the last decade. Lilian’s journey with Prudential began in 1994, and she became Chief Executive Insurance Asia in 2015, overseeing the strategic delivery across the region. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Lilian for her leadership, dedication, and commitment. A team of 80 dedicated colleagues from across Prudential in Asia, Africa and the United Kingdom recently participated in the PRUVolunteers programme in Sukhothai, Thailand. The volunteers worked to rebuild homes and sanitation facilities following the devastating floods that occurred in October.
