Last week, our Tribe came together in Tamaki Makaurau to celebrate 2024. While it’s been a challenging year (building our resilience) we’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients on complex and challenging projects right across the motu. As part of our day together, we reflected on our achievements, agreed our priorities for next year, and celebrated the positivity and commitment of our team. Our team's relentless focus on "building a better place" for our clients and their communities, and for TwentyTwo, is something we’re incredibly proud of. Here’s to an even brighter 2025! #wearetwentytwo Dean Croucher, David Lambie, Kate Horton, Chris Ware, Steffi McKeown, Johan Meyer, Philip Langenhoven, Don Smith, Erica Pitt, Katherine Jones, Kylie Doran, Kyle Bascara, Andrew Craig, Emma Barker, Sunder Croucher, Duncan Mitchell, Paul Mautz, Adam Hovell

🔎 Need to find property cost efficiencies? Here's where to start. “Identifying immediate property savings can be a challenge. However, there are several strategic levers organisations can use to rationalise property portfolios, optimise lease costs and uncover cost efficiencies - both in the short and long term,” says TwentyTwo’s Dean Croucher. With property often being the second-largest operating cost after people for most organisations, whether leased or owned, it’s a logical focus when seeking to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Explore Dean’s latest article for practical insights and strategies to help you navigate these challenges with confidence. https://lnkd.in/gsidn7pU #wearetwentytwo #propertynz #advisory22 #strategy22 #workplace22 #technology22 #assurance22 #portfolio22

🚨 Is your C-suite missing a critical player? 🚨 In today’s boardrooms, we see CEOs, CFOs, COOs - even Chief Happiness Officers! But, one role is glaringly absent - a Chief Property Officer (CPO). For large organisations with complex property needs - think national offices, retail networks, infrastructure - the lack of a strategic property voice at the top table is a missed opportunity. Property impacts everything from operational efficiency to growth potential, yet remains sidelined while tech, HR and marketing lead the charge. At TwentyTwo, we’re asking, isn’t it time to give property a seat in the C-suite? Here's why it matters 👇 https://lnkd.in/gAi2qQW2 #wearetwentytwo #chiefpropertyofficer Dean Croucher

🤝 TwentyTwo's Dean Croucher and David Lambie recently enjoyed catching up with Sam Broughton, Selwyn District Council Mayor and President of Local Government New Zealand (LGNZ). "As a supporter of LGNZ’s recent SuperLocal24 Conference in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, we were keen to compare notes on “all thing’s local government”. Sam is a progressive leader in local government, and passionate about his community, so we touched on several topics of interest," shared Dean. Dean dives deeper into these discussions in his latest blog - How place-making and bold partnerships can shape thriving communities 👉 https://lnkd.in/gt4zUSrH #wearetwentytwo #localgovtnz #placemaking
