I've seen a lot of posts on here lately talking about "Advisory" and what it is. Look it can be different for different firms - but surely the essence is to help your clients build a better business. To do that, you have to be able to ask good questions - or dare I say... coach. Here is a segment of a talk I did 5 years ago about how to use the GROW model to coach your clients. I would love to hear your thoughts on this?
