Over the last 15 years, EndGame has built over 30 SaaS products and another 30 business apps to empower our customers and their ideas to change the world for good. We’ve loved it and we’ve loved working with entrepreneurs to grow their businesses, while growing our own business. Thank you to everyone who has worked with us and supported us over the years. We’re all facing a challenging economy in 2024 and like many others, we find ourselves needing to make changes based on our falling revenue and trends we see happening in our industry. As a result of this, we are reducing EndGame by 80% as of 8 Nov, which means saying goodbye to most of our talented team, while transitioning our support and maintenance team and customers to Telos, allowing that work to continue and grow as a tech-enabled service. This means we have some incredibly talented, curious, driven people searching for their next great opportunity. Our team has an awesome breadth of experience, having had the opportunity to work on numerous SaaS products at different stages of growth. - Senior through junior developers - Product Designer - Product Manager - Delivery Leads - Head of Growth/Operations - People & Culture people Without these people, EndGame wouldn’t have been what it is, and we’re so excited for the companies that have the pleasure and fortune of working with our people in the future. If you have any roles available, please reach out to Sara on LinkedIn or sara@end-game.com so she can connect you with our people.

Our team recently achieved a significant milestone in our ongoing work with Salon Owners Collective; a client focused on supporting salon owners worldwide. The project, known as My Salon CEO, is designed to provide small salon owners with crucial tools to grow their teams and businesses more effectively. Today the platform surfaces insights into team members' career progression and salon performance, but its potential extends far beyond that. Our team has completely rebuilt the My Salon CEO platform into something far more scalable for future growth. Congratulations, team! At EndGame we work to deliver small, incremental value regularly to our clients: shipping working software as frequently as possible. And we want to celebrate this happening! One of our weekly rituals, at our Monday all-hands, is for our teams to announce what "left the building" last week and for everything they shipped, they get to put a piece "on the rocket" 🚀 It's taken four years and now the the rocket stands tall and completed, to remind them of the great work they’ve done. That’s 1969 pieces of value for our clients 💪 We're taking suggestions on what we should build next!?

EndGame provides an experienced team, who can hit the ground running with an environment that enables the team to be successful. We invest in employee experience, professional development, good leadership and management - but at the end of the day, we provide a team who can unite to take your strategy and turn it into working software 👥

Each week, our team members come together in their Communities of Practice (CoPs)—a space that fosters belonging and provides guidance and leadership to help grow their skills. Recently, our Development CoP had an insightful discussion about the things they wish they had known earlier in their software development journeys. What do you wish you'd known earlier in your dev career?

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is "Community is... what we create together." Being part of a community can provide us with a sense of belonging, purpose and connectedness, and can provide support getting through tougher times. Encourage your community, whatever shape that takes, to continue the kōrero about mental health and wellbeing 💛 Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand
