Yesterday, Baden Martin had the opportunity to speak with TMM about the increasing frustration mortgage advisers are experiencing with persistently slow bank turnaround times and lack of channel neutrality. Customer outcomes should be consistent, regardless of whether they work with an adviser or go directly to a bank. The good news?
