"Just because you can automate and bring information into a warehouse doesn't mean it's good data." We were joined recently on our Behind the Data podcast by David Howell, Director of IT and Digital Transformation of Chugai Pharma Europe who talked to us about, among other things, how good quality data is fundamental to good quality reporting and analytics, and the importance of automating data quality measures. For David, one of the keys to delivering better quality data is working with different parts of the business to help them see the benefits of improving data quality, and getting management buy-in to be committed to good data quality so they have confidence in the data they're using.
