An excellent article here by McKinsey & Company talking about the success of their reboarding program, recognised by the World Economic Forum (WEF) for its diversity and inclusion efforts. The transition back to work after extended leave but can be fraught with difficulties and emotions. Having a reboarding process that offers genuine understanding and flexibility can have an enormous positive impact on not only the returning employee but the wider team as a whole. Are you a company that truly values its people and not just their productivity? Get in touch to see how Prosell can help you with structured reboarding programmes. https://lnkd.in/ehcTkRig

With it's powerful reporting and communication capability, those established relationships can conveniently check progress and provide specific and timely feedback. http://prosell.com/onboard We work with you not only to improve, but also to fundamentally transform your sales and service; focussing on not just the “what” you do, but also the “how” you do it. Through performance coaching we empower everyone within the business to create that change and in so doing, make the change and the learning continuous. We believe that behavioural change creates results and we are totally driven by generating tangible results for our clients. We deliver results not training events – because performance matters!

Well, this is an interesting read! How much do you feel this rings true within your organisation? And as a leader, are you ensuring that you are meeting the needs of your individual team members? https://lnkd.in/ewrEN-8w
Your success, my mission | 3x founder & CEO | Former CIO $4B company | DEIB ally | Sharing 24 years of battle-tested leadership & self-mastery wisdom
I made a big mistake in my first leadership role. I treated every team member exactly the same way. What worked for my more senior employees completely frustrated the younger ones. And what motivated my Millennial teammates made the Boomers uncomfortable. Here's what I learned: Great leaders don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. Some team members crave daily feedback. Others prefer monthly check-ins. Some want detailed instructions. Others need creative freedom. Some love collaborative brainstorming. Others do their best thinking alone. The secret? Get to know each person as an individual. Ask them: • When they do their best work • How they prefer to communicate • What support they need to succeed • What kind of feedback helps them grow Because leadership isn't about your style. It's about adapting your style to help each person thrive. The best teams aren't built on treating everyone equally. They're built on treating everyone individually. That's when magic happens. And that's when everyone wins. What's your best tip for leading different generations? ♻️ Find this valuable? Repost to help other leaders. 🔖 Follow Justin Wright for more on leadership.

As we rapidly approach the end of another year, the team here at Prosell have been taking the time to reflect on the many changes that have taken place, not only in the last 12 months but in the preceding 2 years, which have seen considerable movement in personnel and client landscapes. We have been delighted to introduce Janine Thomas and Mariana Orfanelli into the Prosell family. Primarily, Janine has been looking after our On.Board platform customers with Mariana supporting us on global training rollouts for ProCoach and other training solutions. More recently we welcomed back De-Ann De Chausay FRSA-Ann De Chausay as our new Sales Director. We worked with De-Ann for more than 10 years and are thrilled that she joins us again after 4 years with Sky media company. De-Ann, with our support, will be relaunching our key propositions and leading the drive for growth. You can find out more about new team members by connecting with us on LinkedIn. But what does this all mean? Well, as a team we are super excited about the future and look forward to connecting with you all, and in particular, to learn more about the challenges and opportunities facing our customers and contacts who we have partnered with over the last 39 years! After a three-year period of profitable consolidation, we feel confident that by freshening up our operations, digital teams and sales leadership, we have the foundation to propel the business forward and we have already enjoyed recent success in renewing partnerships with multi layered sales and customer service environments globally. Most notably, with Comcast, Nationwide and Cracker Barrell in the US and IMI, Rotork, Brainlabs in Europe. In the midst of much change, our focus moving forward remains the same. As ever, here at Prosell we care about developing your people so that they can impact performance. Whether you use our Procoach or our online On.Board solutions, the emphasis remains on these 3 key components: · The application of learning not just the training itself · The involvement of your Managers as Coaches · Tangible and sustainable impacts and results We’d love to kickstart some conversations and understand any of your business concerns or future plans – you never know, we may be able to help so please do get in touch!
