Over the past couple of weeks we have had the opportunity to participate in Framery's Job Shadowing Days. The idea of Job Shadowing Days is to create shadowing pairs, where one person acts as the shadowee and the other as the shadower. The shadower takes part in the shadowee's workday and meetings, getting to know another role and learning about Framery's operations from a different perspective. My wish was granted and I got to shadow Arto Vahvanen, Head of Digital Offerings & Customer Experience for a day. The day has been interesting, fun and educational. I learned an incredible amount of things that I thought I already knew and I got to participate in many different meetings with different functions. Thank you Arto for the good discussions and the opportunity to shadow you for a day. 🙌 On Wednesday it will be my turn to be shadowed by Tero Lipponen. I can hardly wait! 🤩
