Next level in every way. As promised a few weeks ago, here’s the latest update from Jeddah Tower. If you didn't already know, Jeddah Tower is set to become the world's tallest building. At 1km tall ! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime project to be involved in, and it’s fantastic to be working with Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) and the entire project team. We’re now using 4D modelling & planning not only for communication and validation but also to realise its full potential in supporting teamwork and driving project success. The adoption of Synchro is growing, and in the months ahead, it'll be used to plan and communicate in ever greater detail. The integration of Mission Room is already improving collaboration and interaction, and we’ve just kicked off an extended series of high-detail site planning workshops. Over the coming months, the use of the Unreal Engine will further support the team in planning logistics. I’ll share details soon and am excited to see what we can achieve together Stephan Klotz. Before we had our 10th anniversary celebration on Friday evening a large contingent of our Real Project Management Sdn Bhd (RPM) , RPM Schedulers Sdn Bhd and Proficient Software Solution team members had a fun filled day of Team Building in PJ. I could only join in the afternoon for a while as I had just gotten back into KL early that morning. Great to see everyone together 🤗🤗

13TH DECEMBER 2024 RPM celebrated its 10-year anniversary/annual dinner. A great night spent with all the colleagues from different projects Real Project Management Sdn Bhd (RPM) and other RPM's group of companies RPM Schedulers Sdn Bhd and Proficient Software Solution I received a certificate of appreciation and a gift in recognition of my 8-year service ( to be exact, 8 years 8 months ) . It has been an unbelievable adventure with RPM throughout the years, with ups and downs, but we are still going strong and I’m confident RPM will be even greater in the future. I'd want to take this opportunity to thank Oliver Roche and charanjeet singh , the company's pillars, for their unwavering support and advice throughout my professional career. Thank You !

4th of 5 days in Jeddah before we head back home to KL tomorrow. This is our 3rd monthly visit to this amazing project which will be the tallest building in the World at 1km surpassing Burj Khalifa at 828m and my old project Merdeka 118 at 678m! Real Project Management Sdn Bhd (RPM) and RPM Schedulers Sdn Bhd have been supporting Saudi Binladin Group since September this year for the restart of this technically challenging mega project. We are one part of an amazing extended Team of world class experts assembled to deliver what will be a worlds first 🙌🙌

An honour and pleasure yesterday morning to assist in a site visit for Ministry of Human Resources KSU YB Azman Mohd Yusof to the soon to be open PERKESO Rehabilitation Centre, Malaysia in Ipoh. My good friend Ar. Hud Bakar of RSP Architects Sdn Bhd led the delegation with support from Datuk Dr. Hafez bin Hussein, CEO of Perkeso Rehab Facilities in Malaysia and I. Real Project Management Sdn Bhd (RPM) and RPM Schedulers Sdn Bhd have a wonderful Team working diligently on this world class facility which the patients of Perkeso will be able to utilise soon 👍👍
