We have joined forces with Telekom Malaysia and Gentari to drive growth in digital transformation and sustainable innovation. This collaboration will see us exploring new revenue streams with TM through the expansion of product offerings to enterprise and consumer markets, driving innovation through data centre services, advanced cloud solutions and enhanced connectivity for Malaysian businesses. By integrating Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, we aim to also optimise city services, contributing to a smarter and more sustainable future. Additionally, Gentari and TM will collaborate to integrate clean energy solutions, including solar energy and EV charging infrastructure, at TM facilities. Together, by harnessing cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices, we will continue to set new standards in the industry, in line with Malaysia’s digital transformation journey. Sejak awal tahun 2024, kami di PETRONAS bekerjasama dengan agensi-agensi kerajaan khusus seperti Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Negara (NADMA), Angkatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (APM), dan Pasukan Bomba Malaysia untuk menangani bencana banjir akibat monsun timur laut. Menerusi pelan pencegahan bencana, pihak kami memastikan kesemua kelengkapan dan keperluan asas serta langkah-langkah untuk menangani bencana banjir telah diterima oleh kawasan-kawasan yang terjejas, iaitu di Kedah, Perak, Kuala Lumpur, Sabah dan Sarawak. Salah satu usaha yang sedang dijalankan, adalah kerjasama di antara Yayasan PETRONAS dan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM), menerusi program Program Memacu Kehidupan: Bantuan Bencana 2024, yang bertujuan untuk mengedarkan Pakej Prihatin dan keperluan asas kepada mangsa banjir di Pusat Pemindahan Sementara (PPS) serta menyumbang kelengkapan demi menjayakan usaha operasi menyelamat dan pengurusan mangsa banjir. Berdasarkan maklumat dari Jabatan Meteorologi Malaysia, monsun timur laut akan berterusan sehingga bulan Mac 2025. Zaman kanak-kanak Reena tidaklah seindah yang digambarkan. Dia sering diejek kerana rupa fizikal, meninggalkan luka di hati yang sukar sembuh. Walaupun berbangsa India, impiannya untuk mendalami seni tarian tradisional Melayu, khususnya Makyung, menjadi sumber ketenangan buat dirinya. Hanya melalui dua hari latihan, impiannya untuk membuat persembahan di pentas seni akhirnya menjadi kenyataan. 50 tahun dahulu, PETRONAS sendiri merupakan sebuah impian yang menjadi kenyataan disebabkan oleh sokongan dan keyakinan anda yang sentiasa bersama kami. Demi usaha untuk memenuhi impian insan-insan yang memerlukan, kami percaya, bahawa segalanya mampu kita capai apabila kita bersama. Tonton projek PETRONAS 50 Dreams bersempena dengan ulang tahun ke-50 PETRONAS. Growing up, Reena’s childhood was far from joyful. She often became the target of body shaming, leaving behind scars that words could not heal. Captivated by the elegance of Malay traditional dances, especially Makyung, Reena dreamed of mastering it, even as an Indian girl. Within just two days of training, her dream of performing on a grand stage became a reality. 50 years ago, PETRONAS was a dream come true because of the belief and support of those around us. By paying attention to the dreams of others, we are reminded that all things are possible, together. The 2024 PETRONAS Youth Football Closed Tournament has come to a close, marking two and a half months of fierce competition, teamwork and talent on display. With 56 teams and over 1,000 young players from four age groups, this inaugural event in Kuching, Sarawak has set the tone for what youth football can achieve when we come together.   In ensuring the success of the tournament, PETRONAS forged strategic partnerships with the Kuching District Football Association (KDFA), Kuching City Football Club (KCFC), Sarawak Sports Corporation (SSC) under the Sarawak Ministry of Youth, Sports and Entrepreneur Development (MYSED), as well as TVS. We are thrilled to share the success of our Oil and Gas Career Day, held concurrently with the Sarawak Career and Training (SCaT) Fair in Kuching from 5 - 6 October. The landmark SCaT Fair drew an impressive crowd of over 20,000 attendees, including many local graduates and final-year students all keen to explore the myriad of career opportunities in the Oil & Gas industry. Over 700 job opportunities were offered, and over 20 leading industry players participated, including JX Nippon Oil and Gas Exploration, as well as Petra Energy Berhad. Attendees also benefitted from the insightful career development talks and invaluable interactions with industry professionals. Empowering Malaysia’s Upstream Sector: PETRONAS Drives Well Continuity and Talent Development.   We are advancing Malaysia’s upstream sector through Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), via two key initiatives: the Integrated Well Continuity Services (IWCS) contract and the MPM Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) Academy.   The IWCS contract redefines well operations by bringing our industry partners together under a unified framework. This approach boosts efficiency, safety and sustainability, ensuring seamless, cost-effective well performance across our Petroleum Arrangement Contractors (PACs).   On the talent front, the MPM HWU Academy focuses on building the next generation of local experts in hydraulic workover.
