  • Mr. Rolando Rosel, General Foreman of JROS Construction and Services, shared his feedback in using MEVA EcoPly during the construction of a batching plant in Dumlog, Talisay, Cebu City, Philippines. Comparing his past experience with other phenolic boards, he emphasized that "There’s a big difference, the ones I tried before could only be used 3-4 times before collapsing and becoming unusable.“ Mr. Rosel not only praised the durability of MEVA EcoPly but also highlighted the superior quality of the concrete finish that MEVA EcoPly achieves. "It has good quality and a smooth concrete finish.“ Project: Batching Plant Customer Name : JROS Construction and Services Location: Dumlog, Talisay, Cebu City, Philippines #MEVATestimonials #MEVAEcoPly #ClientFeedback #Construction #MEVA

  • Mr. Reymend Mendoza, MEPF-in-Charge for the residential project in Tisa, Cebu City, Philippines shared his experience using MEVA EcoPly as the facing material for constructing columns and slabs.  Since the start of the project, MEVA has supplied EcoPly, which, according to Mr. Mendoza, can be reused multiple times in the construction cycle, significantly contributing to efficiency and sustainability. In comparing EcoPly to other phenolic boards he has previously used, Mr. Mendoza highlighted the advantages of MEVA EcoPly’s durability. “With other phenolic boards, the material often sticks to the concrete when removed from the form, leading to waste. However, with MEVA EcoPly, we haven't encountered this issue.” #MEVATestimonials #MEVAEcoPly #ClientFeedback #Construction #MEVA

  • MonoWall is an innovative aluminium formwork system that reduces time and labor by using aluminium walers and a tie system, eliminating the need for tie plates.  It requires only three vertical tie rods for a 3-meter height, spaced 1.2 meters apart, allowing for faster assembly and dismantling thus enhancing efficiency on the construction site.  The 100 mm high back-to-back C channels in the alignment walers ensure precise panel alignment and safely transfer concrete pressure, making the process more efficient and cost-effective. #MEVAProduct #MonoWall #Formworks #Construction #MEVA

Selection of Formwork systems plays a crucial role in Productivity,Timeline,Safety and Cost of a Project Sharing a glimpse of Deck Panel Formwork system from Meva at our Project at Adani shantigram The deck panel slab formwork system is a specialized system designed for constructing horizontal concrete slabs efficiently. Its modular and reusable design provides significant advantages in terms of speed, cost, and quality. Here are its key advantages: 1. Speed of Construction: Prefabricated panels allow for quick assembly and disassembly, reducing construction time. Minimal need for on-site adjustments, as panels are pre-designed to fit standard slab sizes. 2. Cost-Effectiveness: High reusability of the panels reduces material costs over multiple projects. Decreased labor costs due to simpler handling and faster installation. 3. Enhanced Safety: Stable and secure systems minimize risks during construction. Integrated supports and props reduce the likelihood of formwork failure. 4. Quality of Finish: Smooth and uniform panel surfaces provide a high-quality finish to the concrete slab, often eliminating the need for additional surface treatment. Ensures accurate alignment and dimensions. 5. Versatility: Can be used for various slab thicknesses and building designs. Easily adaptable for different projects with minimal customization. 6. Durability: Panels are typically made of robust materials like steel or aluminum, which can withstand multiple uses without significant wear and tear. Resistant to warping and deformation, ensuring consistent performance. 7. Reduced Environmental Impact: Reusability reduces material wastage compared to traditional formwork methods. Less dependency on wood or disposable materials. 8. Ease of Handling: Lightweight materials (e.g., aluminum panels) simplify transportation and installation. Requires less specialized equipment compared to traditional systems.

  • At a commercial site in Mumbai, MevaScaff was utilized to support a 34-meter-high band beam within a 32-story structure that included cantilever band beams measuring 600mm and 450mm deep every ten floors. The project posed a significant challenge due to limited space beneath the beam, but MevaScaff provided stable and secure support for each floor, ensuring stability and safety in a confined environment. MevaScaff proved ideal for this high-rise project, offering quick assembly, exceptional stability at 34 meters, and compact components that maximized limited space. With a high height capacity, it is ideally suited for complex, tall structures that require flexibility and durability. This project showcases MevaScaff’s reliability, efficiency, and adaptability, solidifying its reputation as a trusted solution for demanding construction challenges. #MEVAProducts #MevaScaff #Scaffolding #Formworks #Construction #MEVAIndia #MEVA

  • The construction of this hospital was accelerated with the use of MevaDec, MEP, and MT 60, overcoming challenges such as tight deadlines and complex logistics in a busy area. A consortium of four construction companies utilized the MevaDec formwork system alongside MEP and MT 60 shoring systems to swiftly build post-tensioned concrete slabs, all while maintaining exceptional quality. The project utilized the RentalPlus package, which includes 13,200 m² of MevaDec, logistics, and repair services, ensuring cost certainty. The MT 60 and MEP shoring systems provide both safety and flexibility, while the Mammut XT wall formwork guarantees top-quality concrete surfaces in visible areas. This expansion project aims to centralize medical services in a ten-story building featuring 708 inpatient beds, 140-day clinic beds, and 1,000 parking spaces. #MEVAPortfolio #Formworks #Construction #MEVA

  • Engr. Rejomore R. Tapales, Project-in-Charge of a substation construction in Cebu City, Philippines, shared his feedback using MEVA EcoPly on the site. He confirmed, “MEVA EcoPly can be reused 5-7 times, unlike other phenolic boards that barely last three uses or even start deteriorating before they’re used.” He emphasized the value of investing in MEVA EcoPly, saying, “While some brands are cheaper than MEVA EcoPly, you’ll find that MEVA saves you money in the long run because of its durability, even if the upfront cost is higher. It may be a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it.” #MEVATestimonials #MEVAEcoPly #ClientFeedback #Construction #MEVA
