Together with Chef Felix and Chef Alessandro from #Monti, we had the incredible honor of being invited to meet the talented students from Republic Polytechnic School of Hospitality (SOH) where chefs shared passionately on their personal career journeys in the Italian culinary arts, inspiring the next generation of culinary talent. Our chefs also demonstrated and guided the students in creating handmade Gnocchi and Aglio Olio, showcasing the artistry and dedication that goes into authentic Italian cuisine. It was a privilege to connect with eager and enthusiastic learners, and we hope our stories and skills will encourage them to pursue their culinary dreams and keep their passion aflame. Working alongside the chefs from UNA at the Alkaff Mansion and Modern European restaurant au balcon at The Garage, they graced our dining tables with added innovation, creativity and a pinch of stardust. Sentosa’s first French-Japanese restaurant, Camille is a celebration of romance, named and dedicated to the greatest love of Monet’s life and muse, for whom he painted 50 artworks of and almost always with flowers. This passion for flowers is creatively expressed through the restaurant’s centrepiece as guests arrive through the grand staircase featuring the artistic kinetic light installation resembling flowers that bloom.
