  • The next moment on our list of highlights for 2024 is this year's Global Top Ranking Performers Awards, organised by ContactCenterWorld. ⭐ Xdroid bagged the Gold in the “Best Technology Innovation Award – Vendor/Live Agent Support Solution” Category. The cherry AND the icing on the cake was that two of our partners also won in their respective categories. ✨ ✨ ⭐ Our partner in the UK, Avoira with our client Principal Insurance Limited secured a Gold for outstanding work in Quality Management, Compliance, and enhancing agent well-being in the ‘Best Improvement Award- External Consulting/Training Services’ Category. ⭐ While our partner in Spain, INTELCIA, was awarded the Gold in the “Best Contact Center Award” category.   • As we continue down the memory lane of 2024, we must celebrate the incredible win we shared with our newest partner in Spain, Aurantis. ⭐ Along with our partner, we won the ‘Best IT Project in Speech Analytics Project’ award at the Platinum Customer Experience Awards, organised by the Contact Center Hub on June 13, 2024, in Madrid. 🏆 The project showcased the capabilities of Xdroid’s proprietary #EarlyChurnDetectionModel, part of Xdroid BI, launched this year.   • 2024 has been an exceptional year for Xdroid. As the year ends, it only made sense to quickly look back at our top 5 moments/achievements. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We are starting our recap with the 'Xdroid Analyst' certifications. This year, we introduced the certification process put together by Fahrettin Yilmaz, Customer Success Manager, Xdroid. The aim is to enhance our partners' and clients' knowledge about our solutions and also celebrate their achievements with the solution.     My week started with meetings and then on Thursday it was time to head up north for the Smarter Working Live awards where we had been nominated for 2 awards.. The excitement and build up was crazy but I was just happy that we had got this far whatever the results. On the train I had some reflection time about my journey to the transformation of my service in the last 4 years. Transformation is not just about the organisation's processes and making sure they are working in sync to the organisations strategy, but it's also about the people who will implement and deliver the final product. Transforming the minds of your employees is always a challenge especially if they are not in the right frame of my mind due to personal circumstances. You have to sound like a broken record, gain peoples trust and take them on the journey. You then need a leader who can see your ideas, believes in you and trusts you along the way to deliver. The result is in the pictures below.
