About us
My name is Patricia Frederick, and I am a Food Nurturist. I coach individuals and groups. I work with individuals to help them become warmly nourished body and soul. Much of my work is based on my own journey and my desire to help others become the best version of of them selves. I also use a coaching process based on epigenetics which enables my clients to have a very personalized service. You will never have to ask this question again- " What am I meant to Eat?" OR "What diet should I follow?". Together we will create the perfect program just for you and your purposeful goals for YOUR SOUL. We will also look closely at your daily habits and make meaningful changes so you can crowd out some habits and replace with habits more aligned to your health and wellness goals. I also offer: - 1:1 cooking sessions in your home, - Group cooking classes - Event Catering for small group gatherings - Event Cooking classes for you and friends in your home, - Monthly Master Classes focused on Food Topics - Community Face Book Page, THE WHOLE YOU, Warmly Nourished
