Congratulations to Wedlake Bell on launching Performance Leader to support employee performance and feedback, plus partner reviews and 360! Working to a short delivery window, this project was made possible by brilliant teamwork and collaboration with Prudence H. and Natalie King. Natalie King, HR Director commented: "Switching to PL has been a smooth and positive change for us. The software is simpler and more intuitive, making the performance and feedback process easier for both partners and employees. We were really pleased by how quickly we could get it up and running - within just a few weeks and well ahead of our tight deadline. This also allowed us to launch our partner review and 360 process earlier than expected."
