The Pask Melbourne office recently enjoyed a team dinner to celebrate the 5-year work anniversaries of David Bills and Tim Hannah. David and Tim's dedication and passion for their work over this time is reflected in the quality of both our built form pipeline and team that have joined Pask. We are looking forward to the successful completion and commencement of several built form projects in 2024/2025, including 250 Albert Street East Melbourne, Eden Rise Village expansion in Berwick and Edition Residences at Rowville.

Last week, we celebrated the 'topping out' of our 250 Albert Street project, marking the completion of its structural phase. This event provided an opportunity to acknowledge the team's collective efforts to date, while enjoying the incredible views of the Fitzroy Gardens & Melbourne's CBD. Pask’s Melbourne office took to the courts last week for the annual tennis tournament which was held at the National Tennis Centre. With office bragging rights up for grabs the competition was at an all-time high, as each team battled it out across the sunny afternoon in search for a spot in the finals. As plenty of top shots and friendly banter continued to be fired across the net, the grand final was decided upon. The eliminated teams lined the court and cheered on both teams as we saw Dean and Molly defeat Kristen and Sam to win the Pask cup!  

Pask are pleased to achieve this key milestone in bringing this exceptional project to life. Located on the iconic strip of The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads, this project will be a welcome addition to our Signature apartment portfolio.

We recently celebrated the work anniversaries of two very important people at Pask. We would firstly like to congratulate Natalie for 25 years at Pask, having joined the team in 1999 as Administration Assistant. Since such time, Natalie advanced to the roles of Contract Admin and Accounts, ahead of her appointment to Treasury. Natalie has always undertaken her work with such professionalism, and we thank her for her efforts as she marks this tremendous milestone. We also congratulate Lauren on her 10 year anniversary at Pask this month. Commencing as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, Lauren’s dedication and passion for the industry has seen her progress to Senior Sales & Marketing manager for Pask. The high standard of our collateral and increased digital presence across all our projects and her active participation in UDIA and PCA has greatly assisted in elevating our brand within the industry and amongst our customers. We take this opportunity to thank Lauren for being such a valued member of our team. We celebrated both milestones last month with our Queensland and Victorian teams.
