COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS // The Property Council of Australia has announced the members of their 2025-26 committees and we are proud to have two members representing the Keylin team. Jason Murdoch has been appointed to the Queensland Residential Committee and Kaitlyn Schneider has been appointed to the Gold Coast Committee. PROJECT UPDATE // Keylin and JV partner Kinstone Group are pleased to share that the next stage of townhomes at Serenity Reserve is complete, with titles registered and settlements commencing this month. Located within the Serenity 4212 master planned community at the northern Gold Coast, this stage of construction includes a further 13 four-bedroom townhomes, along with communal green areas for all residents to enjoy. The Sushi Train fitout is well underway and we look forward to its opening in the near future. This expands the existing convenience food precinct, with the new tenants joining McDonalds, KFC and Taco Bell. These retail outlets are strategically positioned within our lifestyle, health, business and convenience community opposite Westfield Coomera. NEW PROJECT // Keylin has received Development Approval and appointed its civil contractor for a new land subdivision at Chambers Flat. Shadforth has commenced construction of the 66-lot development, located on a 5.48-hectare infill site at Andrews Court in the Logan growth corridor, south of Brisbane. With an average lot size of 500sqm, the development will inject much-needed housing supply and diversity to the market.
