Basically their home cleaning service should be somehow pitched or presented to these customers at all possible touchpoints such as at stores mentioned above. Also they should offer some kind of a heavy discount coupon/voucher at all these touchpoints to acquire customers who otherwise wouldn’t have thought of availing their services. These discount vouchers will hold some recall value and chances are high that customers who value time more than money will avail these services post event.
