About us
The Julian Benson CF Foundation has been established by one of Ireland’s leading talent agents and choreographers, Julian Benson. Its aim is to provide much-needed support and services to CF sufferers and their families. Julian was diagnosed with CF when he was two years old. He was given a life expectancy of just 13 years of age but has never let it define him. Through positivity, exercise and a controlled diet, Julian continues to beat the odds today. He has built a very successful career as a professional dancer/choreographer and talent agent, becoming one of Ireland’s most prominent entertainment figures and celebrity Judges on the International TV hit series “Dancing with the Stars”. Julian understands first-hand the needs and challenges of CF sufferers. Therefore, he has established the Foundation to make a difference, creating a legacy that will continue to help patients and families have a better quality of life. This will be achieved by creating a positive therapeutic healing environment for patients to rest, recover and be with their families at a very critical time.

Energlaze, FINEO, and Timeless Sash Windows have made such a huge difference for this project with their refurbishment work--thank you, all!
We are absolutely delighted to be helping in a small way with this wonderful and brilliant project by JULIAN BENSON and the Julian Benson CF Foundation in aid of #cysticfibrosis in #Ireland. A huge thank you to CIBSE Ireland for selecting the Julian Benson Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the beneficiary for their Christmas Luncheon on 29 November. Our CEO, Louise McKeown Doogan, was on hand to accept an amazing donation of €7000 from CIBSE Ireland Chairperson Stephen Weir - MCIBSE IEng and Derek McBrien of McKeon Group. We're excited to update on this incredible project! The Julian Benson CF Foundation is continuing their transformation of this beautiful Victorian house into Tranquility House—four individual apartments designed to be a "home away from home" for families of loved ones undergoing treatment for cystic fibrosis at a nearby hospital. We were thrilled to support this fantastic project from the start and since then #DIASEN #Diathonite insulating thermal plaster has been expertly applied by Dave Broderick DB Plaster and Alan Dillon of Alan Dillon Plastering. The next phase will see #Auro natural breathable paint applied over the plaster for a beautiful and healthy finish. This project will mean so much to many and we’re honored to be a part of bringing it to life for families across Ireland. Stay tuned for more updates soon!
