As we enter 2025, it’s the perfect moment to reflect on the lessons we've learned in 2024 and set our intentions for the year ahead: 🌍 The pace of change: While global discussions around climate change continue to grow louder, we’ve seen that progress on the ground can happen much faster. In 2025, let’s continue to push forward with local, actionable solutions that drive meaningful impact. 🌱 Sustainability is more than just a buzzword: It’s not enough to have a strategy—people need to understand it. 68% of employees we’ve surveyed still don’t fully grasp their organisation’s sustainability plan. In 2025, let's close that gap by engaging employees with clear, accessible initiatives that align with their values. 💬 Avoid the jargon: Words like "decarbonisation," "retrofit," and "net zero" are important but can be alienating. It’s time to simplify the conversation. Let’s talk about things that matter to us all—kindness, community, well-being, and a healthy planet. We’re excited to continue this journey in 2025, working with businesses and communities to create impactful, sustainable change—one step at a time. 🌍✨ 2024 Wrapped: What a Year of Impact! ✨🌍 This year, we’ve been inspired by the incredible actions taken to drive sustainability and positive change: ✨In only 6 months, learners enrolled on Sustainability 101 with just one of our clients logged 8,500 individual and team sustainability actions. ✨5,000+ CPD hours were accredited through our courses. ✨2,253 people watched our 5 Climate Club Webinars. ✨ 112 people attended our inaugural B Corp Cork event in June. ✨ Sustainability 101 learners experienced a 64% increase in sustainability knowledge and a 55% increase in confidence speaking about sustainability. ✨ Our Sustainability 101 learners favourite lessons were Women in Leadership, Greenwashing & Embracing the Circular Economy. ✨ The following courses are now CPD accredited: Sustainability 101 (15 hours), Sustainability and Climate Leadership (7 hours) and CSRD (7 hours). 2024 was a year of action, growth, and transformation.
