How are you getting in mood for the holidays? 🎅🎄 GEA employees around the world have been volunteering with a seasonal twist.💫 🪀🧸🧩 Toy drives, like the one benefiting SOS-Kinderdorf Düsseldorf, give employees the chance to shop for a cause and help children in need. SOS-Kinderdorf Düsseldorf 👨👩👧👦👨👧👧 supports underprivileged families and children in various ways. Some children interact with the charity through playgroups, and others live there in single-family homes with staff caregiver "parents." #givingback #engineeringforabetterworld

GEA CEO Stefan Klebert reflects on GEA's remarkable 2024: reaching Mission 26 targets early, leading in sustainability, and charting our course with Mission 30. A year that truly embodied our purpose "Engineering for a better world." 💫🌱

Profil von Stefan Klebert anzeigen, Grafik

Vorstandsvorsitzender / CEO at GEA Group

What defines a successful year? Is it the goals we achieve, the recognition we earn, or the foundations we lay for our future? In all these dimensions, GEA has excelled in 2024. And the driving force behind our success is clear: Many thanks to our dedicated employees and everyone who has joined us on this journey. 🌟 You are all part of GEA’s success! In a world marked by conflict, instability and market uncertainties, we have shown what we can achieve together. We have delivered strong results and reached our Mission 26 financial targets a full two years ahead of schedule. Our share price is close to an all-time high, reflecting the capital market’s confidence in what we do. This confidence was further strengthened by the launch of our Mission 30 strategy at our Capital Markets Day in October. Mission 30 will guide the next chapter of our journey, as we drive profitable growth, create lasting value and make a positive impact on our planet. I am counting on all of you to make this bold plan a success. 🎯 Another unforgettable highlight in 2024 came at our Annual General Meeting, where GEA’s shareholders gave an overwhelming 98.4 percent approval to our Climate Transition Plan 2040. This is a historic milestone – we were the first company in Germany’s DAX index family to hold such a Say on Climate vote. Our commitment to sustainability has gained global recognition. I am immensely proud that this year, GEA was ranked by TIME magazine and data firm Statista as one of the 500 most sustainable companies in the world. In fact, we reached an impressive 33rd place globally and third among German companies. This remarkable result shows that we are living our purpose “Engineering for a better world” every day. 2024 was a year to be proud of. My sincere thanks go to all our valued customers, our GEA teams, and our partners – for your invaluable contributions to these and many other milestones! 💪 For 2025, we have set our course: We will bring our Mission 30 strategy to life, driving further growth and achieving strong results. It is only by being financially successful that we can fulfil our responsibility to society and our planet – and that is what we are committed to doing again in 2025. Once again, a warm thank you to everyone who made 2024 a very special year for GEA. I wish you a relaxing holiday season and a good start to the New Year. ✨ #engineeringforabetterworld

We celebrated a special milestone yesterday at the SOS-Kinderdorf Düsseldorf Children’s Village in Düsseldorf-Garath: the laying of a symbolic cornerstone for a new home. 🏠✨ With EUR 740,000 in funding provided over the next three years, this project reflects GEA’s commitment to social responsibility – in our headquarter location Düsseldorf and globally. The two-story home, set to open in 2025, will provide a safe and nurturing space for children and young people in need, alongside their Children’s Village parents. 👨👩👧👦 The cornerstone includes a time capsule of wishes for the future families of the home. SOS Kinderdorf Facility Manager Herbert Stauber (center), City Director Burkhard Hintzsche (left) and GEA CEO Stefan Klebert (right) took part in the cornerstone laying ceremony. The special day brought together the SOS Kinderdorf community, local residents and GEA representatives, including Chief Sustainability Officer Dr. Nadine Sterley. ☀️ At GEA, we believe in making a lasting impact where it matters most – supporting our communities and building brighter futures together. 🤝 #givingback #WeAreGEA

🤝 #givingback #WeAreGEA

❤️ GEA was once again pleased to present a donation of €300,000 to the non-profit organization BILD hilft e.V. „Ein Herz für Kinder" at Saturday's fundraising gala for the children's charity. 👐🏼 Our donation will be used for educational projects, among others, to create equal opportunities for children in need. "At GEA, we believe that as an international engineering company, we have a responsibility to not only provide innovative technologies and sustainable solutions, but also to invest directly in the future of the next generation," said Dr. Nadine Sterley, Chief Sustainability Officer at GEA. Prior to the fundraising gala, reporter Toni (see photo) visited Henning Lefert's dairy farm in Ahaus, Germany, where GEA robots milk the cows, push the feed and clean the barn. 🐄 🤖🧹 Check the comments to watch Toni interact with the cows (in German). #ehfk #givingback #GEAGroup
