With over a decade of experience in the tech and music industries, Marina Guz is currently serving as the #ChiefCommercialOfficer at sound wellness company Endel. She leads #strategicpartnerships and the streaming music strategy, fostering relationships with major labels, publishers, and PROs. Marina has successfully signed deals with industry giants like Universal Music Group, Warner Music Central Europe, and Amazon Music, collaborating with renowned artists such as #JamesBlake, #Grimes and #Sia. Luke Ritchie is Chief of #StrategicPartnerships for Reactional Music, leading their conversations with external developers and partners. A former musician, Ritchie has 25 years of experience in tech. Alongside Reactional, most recently he has worked for the San Francisco Symphony and before that with the Philharmonia Orchestra bringing Reactional's technology into a partnership with Royal Shakespeare Company, Epic Games, Magic Leap, Intel Business, MARSHMALLOW LASER FEAST, Punchdrunk and others for their last flagship project, Dream.
