The signing of the Business Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2024, is a significant step towards a structured and transparent BNPL sector. With the Central Bank of Kenya now regulating BNPL providers, this legislation ensures consumer protection, accountability, and trust—unlocking opportunities for individuals and fostering industry growth. At Watu, we are proud to support this progressive move and remain committed to working with stakeholders to build an inclusive financial ecosystem that drives economic empowerment for all. #Watu4Watu #BNPLKenya #RegulatoryTransformation #InnovationMeetsRegulation #FinancialInclusion
