LIGA PORTUGAL HQ  | Cultural and Offices We are proud to announce the upcoming inauguration of the Arena Liga Portugal, the new headquarters of Liga Portugal, designed by OODA, in Ramalde, Porto, this project embodies our vision of creating architecture that unites football, the city, and the community. The Arena Liga Portugal is a multifunctional hub that goes beyond office spaces, integrating coworking areas, training facilities, and a startup incubator dedicated to football innovation. Its design features a bold cube clad in white hexagons, symbolizing the goalposts where the magic of football happens, and a green roof that offers elevated views over Ribeira da Granja, enhances the sustainability of the project, and fluidly integrates the building into the urban landscape. At its heart lies a dynamic central plaza, home to a museum, store, auditorium, and public meeting spaces, fostering connection and collaboration. ‘The building of the new headquarters of the Portuguese Football League was designed to integrate much more than just the offices and administrative areas of the institution. It hosts different leisure and sports programmes. OODA introduces ndarja, a multifunctional building in tirana, designed as an urban oasis that integrates nature into the city's fabric. located on myslym street, in a district where historic and modern elements converge, the project reimagines the urban landscape by blending residential, hospitality, office, and commercial uses within a cohesive design. the building consists of two fragmented volumes aligned along their narrow sides, creating a central void that forms a welcoming square. this space, surrounded by greenery and a reflective water feature, acts as a sanctuary for gathering and disconnecting from the city’s fast pace. read more here: https://lnkd.in/eDP_evyX

🌇Ndarja (The Split), designed by OODA, in Tirana, Albania, 2024. It is a 41,000 m² mixed-use building located on Myslym Street in central Tirana. The design features two fragmented volumes, creating a central void that forms a gathering square—an urban oasis. The rotational break between the volumes promotes a fluid connection with the street, while a transparent water mirror draws natural light underground. The building hosts commercial spaces on the lower floors and a mix of residential, office, and hospitality units above, offering stunning city views. NDARJA | Mixed-Use Ndarja, Transforming Urban Space in Tirana Located on Myslym Street, Ndarja is a new mixed-use project that integrates residential, hospitality, office, and commercial spaces. The design features two fragmented volumes aligned along their narrowest sides, creating a central square that serves as a gathering space for the community. This open area, with its reflective water surface and surrounding greenery, provides a calming contrast to the city’s pace. Ground and first floors host commercial spaces that benefit from the proximity and visibility of the street, while the upper floors accommodate a mixed-use program. The volume facing Myslym Street offers a variety of apartment types and a premium hotel on the upper levels, taking full advantage of the breathtaking city views. The volume on Pitarka Street is also dedicated to apartments, with added office spaces, and features separate lobbies for each function. The façade, with its earthy tone palette, blends the building into the city’s visual continuity.The integration of local vegetation enhances the building's connection to the surrounding environment, creating a sustainable and pleasant microclimate for the neighborhood.
