Learning is part of our culture and every month at #Commify we host a global Brown Bag session. These sessions cover a diverse range of topics from department spotlights, product updates and cultural engagement activities to help our colleagues connect, engage and learn. Novembers session hosted by 2 of our colleagues, Lea Bashford and Kyle Birkett. It was all about "Neurodiversity in the Tech world" and how we can help Neurodivergent people be seen, understood and thrive in the workplace! Sessions like these help broaden our understanding of each other, and how a diverse team can support us in delivering amazing results!

Last week our global #Commify Support Team which hails from offices from the UK to Australia, met up in our Barcelona office! Sometimes working in a global team can come with its challenges but events like this help to foster collaboration & innovation across our business. We of course needed to add a healthy dose of competition, so had a "paella-off" with vegetarian going up against traditional paella. We will let you decide who the winner is!

Last week in our Nottingham Office we had a Cake Day to help support the charity Mind. Mind does fantastic work providing support, resources and advocacy for those in need of mental health support. This is part of #Commify's ongoing commitment to wellbeing and mental health support. All of our employees' and their families have access to the Calm App as well as the ability to book off wellbeing days to prioritise their mental health. For anyone who could be suffering with their mental health, you are not alone support, care and advice is out there! Thank you Madeleine Mason and our Mental Health First Aiders for leading this initiative. 👏

Last week our French teams joined forces in Lyon. We recently acquired SMSFactor and what a great few days we had speed dating, building towers, celebrating, but most importantly about how the 2 teams can integrate and deliver our 5 strategic goals. The team loved hearing from our CPO Lorna Stubbs about the reasons we bought SMS and the talent agenda for the year ahead! Welcome team SMSFactor & Esendex France 🥳 #commify #esendex

🐾 Last week saw the bring your dog to work policy in full swing. We recently ran our colleague survey and there was a real desire for colleagues to bring their barking buddies into the office. We had dogs joining in on calls, attending meetings but more importantly bringing smiles to everyone in the office. Our pawfect friends will be joining us for the first week of every month! 🐾
