We are thrilled to announce the participation of our partner, Hitika Shah a postgraduate researcher at Technological University Dublin, in the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland's (#IFSTI) 52nd Annual Food Science and Technology Conference held on December 11-12, 2024, at UCD Institute of Food and Health . 📅🏫 Hitika Shah delivered an insightful oral presentation titled, “Safety evaluation of the proteins extracted from bean by-products.” The presentation introduced ALEHOOP, emphasizing the challenges we aim to address, including standardization, legal and regulatory compliance, and safety assessment.
