  • 📅✨ On December 13th, the Faculty of Science of Ourense at the Universidade de Vigo hosted the I Agri-Environmental and Food Research Symposium for the AA1 Research Group. 🌱📚 The event showcased the results and works in progress of Master’s and PhD students. 🎓🔬 During this edition, PhD student Antía Torres presented her research within the Up4Health project 🌿💧 through her oral communication: "Extraction of Phenolic Compounds from Olea europaea and Vitis vinifera Leaves by Deep Eutectic Solvents (DESs)." 🫒🍇 👏 Congratulations to Antía and all participants for their remarkable contributions!
