As a CEO, I firmly believe that understanding and respecting cultural nuances isn’t just a strategy—it’s a commitment. At 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆𝗪𝗲𝗿𝗸𝘀, we approach cross-cultural client relationships with these principles: 1️⃣ Active Learning: We prioritize understanding our clients’ unique cultural values and work styles, tailoring our communication for clarity and connection. 2️⃣ Empathy-Driven Scheduling: Respecting time zones and local customs is non-negotiable. It’s about aligning with our clients’ rhythms, not imposing ours. 3️⃣ Inclusive Communication: We use clear, straightforward language, ensuring every conversation builds trust, not confusion.

@Thom Minekus (ex-Deloitte) taught me a lot about diversity and inclusion. Would advice him any day as a thought leader on this topic!
