This week, we took part in The New Food Paradigm at STATION F Paris 🎉 and celebrated the launch of The Cultured Hub in Switzerland🏙️. Here are a few highlights: 1️⃣ Perseverance is key 🔑 Given the low in #FoodTech investments, it is great to see so many, new and old start-ups, still in the game, still innovating! 2️⃣ Collaboration makes the difference 🤝 Working together is essential. Vital Chicken in Singapore: an amazing Tasting Experience 🇸🇬🥂 We are proud to have hosted an exciting tasting event at Hue restaurant, featuring three Singapore-inspired dishes: - Cultivated Chicken Skin & Creamy Espuma - Cultivated Chicken Broth & Ravioli - Cultivated Chicken Rice Hosting this tasting in a restaurant brought our Vital Chicken closer to the market, making it more real and ready for everyday use. 🍽 The event gathered a diverse group of investors, industry players, officials from Singapore, the French community, and leading voices of the cultivated meat ecosystem.
