    Clear strategy. Consistent execution. Convincing results. This is exactly how I’d describe our fiscal year 2023/24. We delivered a very strong performance in a demanding market, advanced our transformation, and made excellent progress. Today, at our annual press conference, our CFO Dr. Kai-Ulrich Deissner and I presented our results. Two years into our new strategy, CECONOMY and MediaMarktSaturn are in a far stronger position, well on track to achieve our midterm financial targets. We’ve evolved from a traditional retailer into an omnichannel service platform—enhancing our core business while scaling profitable growth businesses. Our results: 👉 Sales grew 5.3% to €22.4 billion (PY: €22.2 billion) 👉 Adjusted EBIT surged 26% to €305 million (PY: €243 million). 👉 Customer satisfaction (NPS) improved by 8 points to a record-high 58. 👉 Employee Experience (NPP) improved to a new high.  👉 Market share increased both online and offline 👉 Services & Solutions sales rose by 12.4%. 👉 Marketplace GMV more than doubled to €277 million (PY: €137 million). 👉 Expanded and modernized our store network modernization rate hit 64%. 👉 Opened 3 new lighthouses, including Europe’s largest electronics store. I have complete confidence in our strong foundation, clear strategy, and—above all—our team. Our 50,000 colleagues work tirelessly to bring our vision to life.
