On the occasion of an exclusive interview with Les Echos, Benoît Sillard, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lefebvre Sarrut and Ketty DE FALCO, President of Lefebvre Dalloz's activities, discussed the transition made by the group by integrating artificial intelligence into its offerings. This revolution has enabled the Lefebvre Sarrut group, which will be renamed Groupe Lefebvre in early 2025, to evolve its model and transform into a service-oriented company with a new brand at the European level and a change in governance. Our ambition is to leverage our core expertise - high-quality content - to ensure our long-term leadership and maintain our dominant position in Europe in services for legal and accounting professionals, becoming the guarantors of European sovereignty in AI in these fields. GenIA-L has already established itself as a true intellectual partner for 30,000 legal and accounting professionals in Europe. Committed more than ever to providing innovative solutions to support legal and accounting professionals in their practices, the group Lefebvre will soon deploy artificial intelligence solutions. These solutions will allow our users, among other things, to produce and validate legal documents, ensuring their compliance with current legislation. Benoît Sillard, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Lefebvre Group, states : " Faced with globally renowned American players, we see an exceptional opportunity with the integration of generative AI to form a European leader, aligned with new technologies and meeting European standards. We are fully investing in our expertise and are ahead in the field of AI. Our innovation teams are at the forefront of progress."
