To resolve clashes between my R&D team and QA over project methodologies, I focus on fostering collaboration and aligning on shared objectives. I start by organizing a joint discussion to understand each team’s priorities and concerns. Encouraging both sides to explain their methodologies and the rationale behind them helps build mutual understanding. I propose piloting a hybrid approach that incorporates key aspects of both methodologies, allowing for testing and data-driven evaluation. Regular check-ins and open communication ensure alignment and adaptability. #ConflictResolution #TeamCollaboration #QualityAssurance

I always recommend to have a QA representative in the R&D team. Having them not communicating since the beginning of the project is cause for potencial disputes and project delays. Having R&D team members working in isolation without communicating with other groups is not an optimized working model.
