Another day, another anniversary! 🎉 We recently celebrated yet another milestone—five years of dedication, growth, and unforgettable moments. At the heart of it all is Tomislav, who brings his unique mix of passion and humor to everything he does. He loves a good book, a good wine, a fun computer game, and everything young people enjoy—though he’s much more likely to browse a Lidl flyer than scroll through TikTok. For every centimeter his kids grow taller, he seems to lose just as many square centimeters of hair, but he wouldn’t trade the fun and time spent with his children and wife for anything. Being a leader (with imposter syndrome 😃) is mostly lonely, hard work—full of learning, misses, soul-searching, and more often than not, grief and regrets. But hey, sometimes you get featured in Lider media magazine! Finally, I have something to brag about to my mum and dad. I often have to listen about super successful entrepreneurs that my mom meets—mostly while riding Flixbus to Dalmatia—that eclipse me in all categories known to mankind. 😅 p.s. 3 years at Kodius! 🥳 Jelena Vignjevic is a valuable part of our team, and we couldn’t be prouder of her accomplishments. She’s always there when you need her, and sometimes she even surprises us with her delicious homemade apple strudel, which we all adore. Fun fact about Jelena: she’s always prepared! Whether it’s a charger or an adapter, she has one ready to go. She keeps one at home, one in her car, and one in the office, so she’s never caught off guard. Plus, she’s always happy to share with others who (of course) inevitably forget their own.
