    Founded in 2021, Sworkz has quickly grown to over 100 employees serving clients primarily in supply chain logistics, transport, and business services. But as a newer near-shore talent provider, they faced a critical challenge: building credibility with U.S. companies hesitant about outsourcing. Marketing Team Lead Diby Escobar noted that to really impress U.S.-based leads, you need to focus on earning validation on a trusted third-party platform like Clutch.💥 “In this industry, people don't trust just anybody,” said Escobar. “If they're going to do business, they'll ask for referrals or reviews. We want to show the world what Colombian talent can really do... Clutch helps us tell that story."
