  • We’re so excited for the first Tims to be opening in Austin, Texas! If you’re in Austin this weekend be sure to visit us at 16201 Ranch Rd 620 where restaurant owners Jim Kolkhorst and Richard Santowski have lots of fun plans to say hello to the community. The first 50 cars in line for Saturday morning’s official grand opening will receive Free Coffee For a Year!* We’ll also have a local high school choir singing carols and a special visit from Santa. It was also so fun to have some Canadians who live in the Austin area visit us this week for a sneak preview of the restaurant for a little taste of home.   • We're excited to share a new holiday season TV commercial with an inspiring message about the power of compassion, caring and kindness. "At Tims, we love to celebrate the holidays by sharing a moment of reflection with Canadians about what the season is truly about – and this year's theme is that 'caring is the gift,'" said Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer for Tim Hortons. "The Tims brand is rooted in supporting communities and giving back and we hope Canadians are inspired by our holiday message to give a little more kindness throughout this season." This special holiday message from Tims hits the national airwaves this week – including during a number of hockey games on Saturday night. It was developed in partnership with GUT Toronto.

  • Tim Hortons is proud to share that $10.7 million was raised across Canada during its Holiday Smile Cookie campaign! 100 per cent of the proceeds from every Holiday Smile Cookie sold are being donated to over 600 local charities and community groups, including Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. Including last year's inaugural campaign, Tim Hortons Holiday Smile Cookies have now raised a total of $20.5 million across Canada for local charities and community groups, including Tim Hortons Foundation Camps.

    Tim Hortons and its restaurant owners across Canada are proud to announce that over $800,000 was raised for Indigenous organizations through the fourth annual Orange Sprinkle Donut fundraising campaign. The proceeds from Orange Sprinkle Donut sales are being donated to the Orange Shirt Society, the Indian Residential School Survivors Society, The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund, Ulnooweg Education Centre , and in Quebec, New Pathways Foundation. Proceeds will help these organizations in their missions to educate and raise awareness about Indigenous history, provide supports to residential school survivors, families experiencing intergenerational trauma, and Indigenous youth right across the country. Every year on Sept. 30, Tim Hortons restaurant owners donate 100 per cent of the proceeds from Orange Sprinkle Donuts to Indigenous organizations. The fundraising campaign was developed in 2021 by a group of Indigenous Tim Hortons restaurant owners and to date has raised over $4.4 million for Indigenous organizations.
