Claims teams spend more than 30% of their time creating and managing documents for communication purposes. Meanwhile, 62% of claims adjusters & examiners have caseloads over 100 and 47% over 125, when data shows the magic number for profitable sustainability doesn't exceed 111. The math isn't mathing, as they say. Claims teams spend too much time on documents when they already have limited bandwidth due to overwhelming caseloads. This means less focus on caring for claimants and, ultimately, lower customer-satisfaction scores. And too many insurance customers distrust their providers as it is. That's why we're creating AI Document Generation for claims teams. Document generation for insurance is the process of automatically creating documents from templates about an insurance claim where data inputs involve material changes to a claim. Say an adjuster receives a disability claimant's vocational assessment. AI extracts the relevant details and automatically creates the summary document. Now, claims teams can collaborate on open claims with ease. AI Document Generation produces, sorts, and stores any document type claims teams need to manage a claim. And claims teams are free to customize document templates in any way that suits their needs. To learn more, check out the article in the comments below.

Do you know how to adopt AI? Over three-quarters of insurance executives agree that AI is necessary to compete long-term with other carriers—but there's no consensus on optimal implementation strategies. The industry's AI transition is a new frontier. There's no paved road because today's Chief Claims Officers must do the paving. For instance, what's best for improving the claims process for customers, let alone for internal operations? Should you build AI in-house or leverage solutions from vendors? And what's the difference between an AI-centric company and an AI-powered insurance business? We answer these questions in our newest piece (link in the comments) to give clarity. Paving roads isn't easy, but with knowledge, you can feel confident about starting to lay asphalt.
