What you don’t know however, is just how good she really is. Fred describes her as a brilliant seven-year-old, and after spending a day in her company we’d have to agree. She strikes a balance between having child-like enthusiasm for creativity and being sort of Mensa-level bright. At only 25, her career has well and truly taken off. She flies all over the world and is rarely in London with a schedule that would knacker the average Joe. Luckily for Lucy, she’s anything but. She thrives in the on-the-go environments, mission in mind. She flies in, cooks up something wild, executes it and then abandons ship for the next location. This year, we aligned our ESG approach with the CSRD framework — not just in reporting, but by evolving our strategy to reduce negative impacts, amplify positive contributions, and address financial risks and opportunities. The report provides an honest view of our progress, challenges, and plans for improvement across our operations and entire value chain, offering full context on both successes and setbacks. While full compliance wasn’t our immediate goal, this marks our most thorough effort to align with the EU’s suggested structure and address the material topics we’ve identified.
