✨ What an honor to host such an amazing concert✨ Last week, our headquarters in Munich became the stage for an unforgettable evening of music and philanthropy. Together with the Rudolf Pichlmayr-Stiftung, we hosted the benefit concert “Geschenk Leben”, uniting world-class artists with a cause that exemplifies the very core of what it means to care for one another. We are truly grateful to the incredible performers Hanna-Elisabeth Müller, Maximilian Hornung, the exceptionally talented 11-year-old Charlotte Melkonian, and the Bayerisches Staatsorchester, accompanied by the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now scholarship recipients. Your music moved us deeply. Special thanks to Prof. Dr. Stephan Frucht for the selection and direction of the musical program, Sandra Maischberger for her heartfelt moderation and to the foundation’s patron Elke Büdenbender for supporting this important cause. This evening was about more than just music. It was a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility as a community to stand beside children and families whose lives have been forever changed by illness and organ transplantation. Through this concert, we came together to not only share beauty and inspiration, but also to extend hope to those navigating unimaginable challenges. At Brainlab, we are humbled to play a small part in supporting the vital work of the Rehabilitationszentrum Ederhof in Tirol, Austria, which provides care and strength to these brave children and their families. Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported this event and showed what it means to come together for a greater purpose. Let us continue to amplify empathy, offer hope and create meaningful change—one act of kindness at a time. 💛 #WeAreBrainlab #GeschenkLeben #RudolfPichlmayrStiftung #ClassicalMusic #SocialResponsibility #OrganTransplantation #BrainlabCultureProgram

🎄✨ Twinkling lights and the scent of pine: Our holiday season started with a breathtaking concert titled "Beyond Holy Night: A Christmas Concert" performed by talents of the Bayerische Staatsoper’s Opera Studio and the Bayerische Staatsorchester’s Hermann Levi Academy. They performed both classic and modern Christmas songs while artist Manuela Hartel wowed the crowd with visuals along the walls of our entire atrium, which was transformed into a winter wonderland by Catharina von Bülow. ❄️ We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did! ❓ Did you know that using 3D Ultrasound Navigation makes achieving Gross Total Resection (GTR) twice as likely compared to standalone 2D Ultrasound?¹ This was one of the key topics at this year’s 43rd training conference of the Neurochirurgische Akademie (NCA), part of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Neurochirurgie, held in Quedlinburg, Germany. We had a fantastic turnout, with 96 neurosurgeons joining our Ultrasound Navigation session! During the workshop, participants got hands-on experience with our latest ultrasound technology, exploring how Ultrasound Navigation can support a maximum safe tumor resection. Joseph S. Butler, MD, and his team at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, recently utilized Spine Mixed Reality Navigation* in two complex spinal fusion procedures, and their feedback has been incredible! Spine Mixed Reality Navigation combines our established optical navigation system with advanced mixed reality. It allows surgeons to benefit from enhanced visualization, improved hand-eye coordination and optimized ergonomics. According to Prof. Butler, “Spine Mixed Reality Navigation improves the surgical workflow, offering a much more immersive experience. I use it for all cases and it's ideal for training. This is a true game changer.” We are thrilled to have such a forward-thinking surgeon like Prof. Butler pioneering the use of this revolutionary tool. His successful procedures mark a milestone in the advancement of spinal surgery, and we’re excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the field with him.
