The Private Directors Association® (PDA) is a non-profit organization of, by, and for private company business owners, their executives, and directors. The mandate is to define and model private company governance excellence for corporate, ESOPs, family-owned, partnerships, private equity portfolio companies, and start-ups/venture capital financed—at all levels of revenue generation.
An individual or corporate annual membership provides:
● Unlimited attendance at all live City/Chapter events nationally or, when available, via live streaming of those events.
● Conferences, webinars and other digital content, exclusive chat rooms/groups, and a library of knowledge to inform, educate, and connect members on relevant private company topics.
● A network of qualified members for private corporate board director position considerations.
Founded in 2014 in Chicago, PDA has expanded/is expanding to Cities/Chapters in Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Southern California, CA; Milwaukee, WI; Nashville, TN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; and Tampa, FL.
