We at Terabase Energy launched Terrain Pro a little over a year ago. Our PlantPredict team has continued to work hard on building the algorithms and features that streamline and simplify earthwork (a.k.a. Cut/Fill) analysis for utility scale solar power plant development. With the ability to upload .DXF files into Terrain Pro, you can extend this analysis into the Pre-Construction phase of your project. The algorithm is still incredibly fast and the results are amazingly accurate. You really must check this out! The direction we are headed is to give the utility scale solar industry the ability to understand the best way to build on complex terrain. Provide earthwork quantities, steel tonnage and energy yield impact, so that you know exactly what you are getting yourself into when you chose to build solar on a site. This latest evolution of Terrain Pro is an important milestone on that journey, and we have gotten here in a little over a year 😊!
