Last week, we had the honor of attending the 34th Annual Excellence in Construction Awards Gala hosted by ABC Eastern Pa —and we’re excited to share that Ember at Berwyn won the Excellence in Construction award for Residential Projects over $10M. Located on a former retail site in Berwyn, PA, this project has been transformed into a vibrant community with 250 apartments, high-end amenities, and a 396-space parking garage.    Ember at Berwyn is constructed, managed and developed by Bozzuto in partnership with ECHO Realty, and designed by The Martin Architectural Group and BCT Design Group.

We are excited to announce the groundbreaking of Residences on Madison in Worcester, MA, in support of SMC Management Corp.. Set for completion in February 2026, this development will feature 102 market-rate apartments above a parking podium, with a leasing office and community space.
