We’re thrilled to continue our North Carolina expansion with the construction of Avalon Oakridge, a 930-unit mid-rise apartment community located between Durham and Chapel Hill. This multi-phase development will include serene walking trails, a fitness center, and multiple courtyards. Phase 1 is already underway, with 459 apartments set to welcome residents in fall 2026. Associates in Arlington, VA embraced this season’s spirit by donning their favorite ugly Christmas sweaters at our annual holiday party at corporate headquarters. Joined by local industry leaders, educators, elected officials, and community members, we proudly unveiled our latest high-rise development in Denver and highlighted our exciting new partnership with the Denver Public Schools Foundation. This partnership provides five deserving local teachers with a year of rent-free housing, showcasing the real-world impact of creative philanthropy.
