🌟 What an exciting day! 🌟     Thrilled to welcome customers, partners, and intermediaries to our Voices of tomorrow – Empowering diversity through benefits event in Paris this week.    Connecting with you in person was a wonderful experience and we were truly inspired by the spirit of exchange, collaboration and innovation in the room.  This unconventional event challenged the norm by bringing together diverse stakeholders, from employers and consultants to tech companies, NGOs, and the younger generation. We discussed the challenges employers face in meeting the increasingly diverse needs and expectations of their workforce. We heard directly from Gen Z debating whether simplicity trumps choice in benefits selection and explored how technology can tackle this challenge by providing personalisation. Delegates collaborated in an exciting and interactive "Empowering Human-Centric Innovation" workshop, exploring corporate and people sustainability strategies and how employee benefits can enhance corporate ESG objectives.    Together, we broadened our perspectives, sparked optimism, and looked at how we can shape the future positively.     A huge thank you to everyone who supported us—our customers, partners, intermediaries, and Zurich colleagues.
